Sanding Belt
Abrasive sanding belt is constructed with both ends of coated abrasive connected to a loop. The connection will be bond up by a joint.
During belt grinding process, the belt grinds away part of the material. It generates a lot of heat. Therefore, the joint of the belt must be able to endure the high temperature. Otherwise, the joint will break off. It is important for the joint to be made correctly. This joint can be slice tape, fiber tape or overlapping depending on the type of application.
There are several material types of abrasive sanding belt available in the market. We carry most materials which are suitable for grinding and finishing applications. We also supply seamless (or endless) belts for smooth grinding, cork abrasives belts for fine finishing and felt belt for final lustering of various materials.
